Commitment and Policies
What is your discipline policy?
We are determined that each student should achieve their personal best and so we will promote and reward positive attitudes and behaviour.
We will endeavour to teach good behaviour and respect for ourselves and for others and recognise the need for high quality support and guidance.
What will the uniform entail?
A school uniform helps to create a sense of identity and promotes equality. Our uniform will reflect the world of work and business: an academy blazer, shirt and tie, academy trousers or skirt and black shoes, but definitely no trainers.
We will also have an academy uniform for PE (Physical Education).
For more information about the Academy uniform or to purchase additional items of uniform, please contact the Academy office on 0191 5615533
When are the holidays in the school term?
The top priority at Castle View is learning and if students miss lessons they are at a significant disadvantage in terms of their educational performance.
Therefore the Academy's Student Welfare Officers will record and monitor any absence.
We can't stress how important it is for your child to attend school and for this reason, we respectfully ask parents not to book holidays during school term time.
If you have any queries about term time and school holidays, please call the Academy office on 0191 5615533 or email us at email@example.com
