Career Insight Talk - Talent 84

We were delighted to welcome Paul Jones from Talent 84 to the Academy today.

Paul spoke to students about what is involved in a career in recruitment. He explained how he uses the essential skills in his role at Talent 84. These included communicating with potential clients to understand their needs as well as the importance of staying positive and being resilient when faced with challenges.
