Careers@CVEA: BAE Systems Roadshow
It was great to welcome the BAE Systems Roadshow back to the Academy. The interactive session with year 7 and 8 students, 'From the depths of the oceans to outer space', examined the engineering challenges faced when travelling to the most inhospitable places and the innovative solutions to these problems. Students learnt about the careers in engineering and the importance of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths) within these, and many other job roles.
