Careers@CVEA - Developing Future Me, Newcastle University
A group of Year 10 students visited Newcastle University for a skills bootcamp. The event was organised by FutureMe who represent the five North East universities and all of the colleges in the North East.
Students participated in two workshops focused on revision skills and independent learning. The students were able to pick up really useful tips and advice for effective revision and had the opportunity to practise memory techniques.
The students also had a tour of the university led by two student ambassadors.
