Durham School Visit

As part of our careers programme, a group of Year 10 students visited Durham School. The purpose of the visit was to explore the sixth form and to find out what being a sixth student is like.

Firstly, the students completed a command task with the leader of the CCF. This was designed to test their leadership, teamwork, decision making and problem-solving skills. They then had taster lessons in science and English before finishing the day with a delicious lunch in the school restaurant.
