SMSC Silver Award

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the SMSC Award (Silver Standard) of the National SMSC Quality Mark.

The external verifier recognised that the mission, values and vision statement of CVEA truly embody the culture and ethos of the Academy and that 'students' personal development journeys act as springboards for their futures'.

The verifier met with staff members as well as students, parents and Governors, who all spoke highly of the Academy and how proud they were to be part of the CVEA community. When asked to describe CVEA in one word, responses included ‘respect, nurturing, caring, brilliant, understanding'.
