Waste Warriors

This week year 7 representatives from the Academy Council took part in our litter pick contributing 600 minutes towards our Great British Spring Clean pledge.

The group were accompanied by CVEA staff and Sam Osmond the Raising Aspirations Engagement Worker from Sunderland North Community Business Centre.

During the litter pick the students were able to find out about all of the different types of wildlife living in the nature reserve in the Dene.
