Netball Inspirational Day

On Friday afternoon I took some year 7 and 8 girls to the Beacon Of Light to attend a netball event which is aimed at improving students skills and playing in competitive games. The girls had a great time and were coached by local college students who also play at a high level across Sunderland and Gateshead. They were challenged when playing in the games but showed brilliant resilience and teamwork and quickly adapted to the positions they were playing. Well done to all the girls who took part.
