Celebrating reading

At Castle View Enterprise Academy, we celebrate the joy of reading and recognise its profound significance in nurturing curious minds, fostering empathy, and empowering lifelong learners. Through our vibrant library and reading culture, we aim to inspire a love for exploration, imagination, and knowledge, cultivating a community where every book is a gateway to endless possibilities.

Promoting books for special days and events is crucial because it: highlights specific themes and topics, sparking reader interest; encourages reading habits by associating books with excitement and anticipation; fosters community and connection among readers, enhancing the reading experience; it nurtures a vibrant literary culture, encourages lifelong reading, and builds inclusive communities.

At CVEA we love to promote reading, below are the reading initiatives and events we have organised.
